Public review: We loved Thomas’s apartment. Very spacious and in a fantastic location. Steps away from the door were numerous restaurants and shops and the marche provencal. The Plage de Gravette was very close. Maybe a 5 minute walk and the apartment was equipped with an umbrella and 2 straw mats. We absolutely loved Antibes and already thinking of revisiting. 4 nights is not enough! Thomas was very responsive to any questions but all of the check in and check out information is delivered via the Airbnb mailbox. The view out of the kitchen window looks right into the busy square and was always packed with lively people. But close the windows and in the back bedroom, you don’t hear a sound. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment! Private feedback: As I have said before, we loved the apartment and Antibes. We had previously stayed in Montpellier for 2 weeks attending French language school and after visiting Antibes, we are looking into the language school there. I’d be interested in booking your place for a longer term if this was an option. Our 4 nights in Antibes was not enough!

Headline: Bis auf die Lage eine Enttäuschung. Die Pflanze auf den Bildern sagt alles. Positive: Die Lage ist das einzige, das bei dieser Wohnung perfekt passt. Wie es allerdings zu dieser Top-Bewertung kommen kann ist fragwürdig. Siehe unten. Negative: Die Bilder auf Booking sind verschönert, die Realität ist eine andere Welt. Siehe Bilder. Der Boden war klebrig, die Bettwäsche grässlich, die Resonanz auf unser Feedback war „die Fotos unseres Reinigungspersonals zeigen einen perfekten Zustand“. Die Wände sind stark verschmutzt, Möbel fleckig, Pflanzen verdurstet. In Summe wirklich enttäuschend.

Public review: We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of Antibes. It’s right in the middle of a lively street, just above Café Brun, with all the charming little streets, restaurants and bars of the Old Town within easy walking distance. The location really couldn’t be better if you want to experience Antibes and have everything right outside your door. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it! Private feedback: Thank you for a great stay! We were very happy with the apartment and especially loved the location. Just a small note for future guests: the kitchen sink needs to be fixed, as it wasn’t working properly during our stay. Other than that, everything was great! 😊

Public review: This was a great place to stay in Antibes. Fantastic location for restaurants, beach, market and short walk to the train station. Great aircon in both living space and bedroom. It was very clean and quiet in the bedroom despite being on a busy street. Thank you
