Avis
★ 5,0 · 1Headline: Positive: I needed a place to stay after my flight was cancelled and my booking was immediately confirmed. The self check-in process using the video provided was quite straightforward The apartment has all the essential items needed in a home. They also kept laundry/washing detergents (though I didn’t get to use any) and free toiletries just like you’d find in hotels. The concierge service was easy to contact and was mostly helpful Negative: Location is far from everything, isolated and looks deserted. The apartment itself was very dusty(which triggered my allergies), full of cobwebs and millipedes. I booked because I thought I’d be spending my entire day inside the pool but it was poorly maintained, dirty and full of millepedes, so I couldn’t use the pool I’d like to believe the condition of the apartment was due to the fact that I booked the place few hours before my arrival I noticed some men at the door front in the middle of the night and contacted the concierge as I was afraid for my safety (solo female traveller) but they did nothing to reassure me until the next morning when I had already checked out
